Locy Terms of Use

1. The service
Locy is an app for city information, AI trip plans, a traveller community, member accommodations and third-party tour and activity bookings. It is operated by Majmoon ("we").
2. Accounts
You don't need an account to browse or make a plan. Saving, sharing, messaging, rating and booking need one. You are responsible for your account details and for keeping your password private. You must be 13 or older to open an account; lobbies are for people 18 and over.
3. AI plans
Plans are generated with AI and matched to our real data; anything unmatched is labelled "Suggestion". Opening hours, prices and access change, so check before you go. Plans are for information and carry no guarantee. AI plans and revisions are limited per 30-day period (guests, free members and Plus members get different allowances; the current ones are shown in the app and on locy.app) and may be temporarily limited at busy times. What you write is not used to train AI models. Please don't put personal or confidential information into AI requests.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the posts, photos, comments, questions, answers and place suggestions you share. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to show, store and process them to run Locy. The licence ends when you delete the content (backups are cleared within a reasonable time).
5. Location features
Day mode, visit verification and live location work only if you allow them. Live location is visible only to that trip's members, and you can pause or turn it off at any time. Verification by location gives your trips and visits a badge; using fake locations or trying to mislead verification is not allowed and can lead to the badge being removed. The Privacy Policy has the details.
6. What's not allowed
Content against the Community Rules; harassment, hate, spam, misleading information, other people's content, sharing personal information without consent, abusing the service, automated scraping and attempts to break security. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts.
7. Reporting and blocking
You can report any person or content and block people. Reports are reviewed; serious violations are handled quickly.
8. Bookings
Tours and activities come from third-party providers such as Viator; a booking is subject to the provider's terms, cancellation and refund rules. Payment is taken on the provider's secure page; your card details never pass through the Locy app. Local tours and accommodations are only listed; you deal with the business directly. Viator links in Locy are affiliate links: when you book on Viator after following one, Viator may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same.
9. Businesses
Accommodations and tour operators join Locy with a monthly membership. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish. The membership is paid on the web and can be cancelled at the end of a period.
10. Locy Plus
Locy Plus is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play; the store shows the price for your country before you buy. You cancel it in the store's subscription settings. Payment, cancellation and refunds are handled in your store account under the store's rules; the subscription renews for the same period unless cancelled before the period ends, and if you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Plus brings more AI plans and revisions, editing stops day by day, a verified badge and early access to new features; the current allowances are shown in the app and on locy.app and may change with notice. Plus gives you 4 AI plans and 6 revisions every 30 days; plans longer than 7 days count as two. The one-time "1 AI trip" pack (₺59 / $1.99) is not a subscription and is refundable only under the store's policies. Promo codes are redeemed on the store's own page.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of third parties (businesses, tour providers, other users).
12. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account; if you can't get into the app, write to us from locy.app/en/delete-account. Your profile, the content you shared (posts, photos, messages) and your login are deleted, and your personal data leaves our systems within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple, Apple access is revoked too. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Plus subscription in the store; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play as well.
13. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; your consumer rights are unaffected.
