Delete your account
You can delete your Locy account at any time. The quickest way is in the app.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom.
- Confirm with "Delete for good".
What gets deleted
Your profile, posts, photos, messages and saved trips are deleted for good. This can't be undone.
Your login (the account itself) is deleted too, and if you signed in with Apple, the access Apple gave us is revoked. Your data leaves our systems within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep (such as payment and report records) are kept only as long as required. Anonymous, aggregated usage counts are not deleted. Privacy policy
If you have Plus
Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription in the store. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
Can't get into the app?
Enter your account's email address and we'll prepare the deletion request in your email app. Send it from that address so we can confirm the account is yours.
